We're brothers turned physicians turned entrepreneurs. We built our businesses without a lot of capital, by focusing on our customers and communities, and setting out to tackle problems worth solving. We started Blue Footed Investments to support founders who want to do same.

As physicians, we invest in companies improving healthcare delivery. As optimists, we support founders who believe they can drive impact. As people, we support entrepreneurs who are kind.

About Us

Arun Mohan is the older brother. A serial optimist, Arun has spent most of his adult life trying to improve healthcare as a physician, entrepreneur and operator. Most recently, he was President at Relatient, a B2B SaaS company focused on patient access and engagement. Arun joined Relatient through it's acquisition of Radix Health, where he was Co-Founder and CEO. Previously, Arun was an executive at ApolloMD, senior leader at Emory Healthcare, Co-Founder at PictureRx (acquired by Bioscape Digital), and Co-Founder at HealthSTAT. Arun serves on the Board of the Schenck School. He is a graduate of Swarthmore College, Emory University School of Medicine, and Emory Goizueta Business School. He completed his residency internal medicine at Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard Medical School.

Amar Mohan is the younger, more handsome brother. Early in his career Amar saw firsthand the challenges patients face in skilled nursing facilities. Believing there had to be a better way, he founded TCPA, a practice that partners with skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities to deliver comprehensive, on-site medical care. Today, TCPA is the largest senior care practice in Georgia, partnering with over 80 facilities across the state. Amar continues to lead TCPA as Founder and CEO. Amar is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and Ross School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at The Ohio State University.
